Online

1. Submit Your Information (use form below)
2. Get an Estimate
   Within 1-3 business days of receiving your submission, one of our expert jewellers will contact you via phone or email with a proposed fee range.
3. Send In Your Jewellery
   If you accept our fee range, carefully package your jewellery so that it is safe and secure inside the box. Please ship insured for the full value of your jewellery as D’Ajelin will not assume responsibility for reimbursement or compensation if the package is lost, stolen, damaged or mishandled. Once your package is prepared, please mail your order to the following address:

   If at any time in the process you decide you no longer wish to service your jewellery us, let us know and we will ship it back to you with no questions asked. Do keep in mind you are financially responsible for the cost of return insured shipping.

4. Jewellery Inspection
   Once we receive your jewellery, we will carefully inspect its authenticity and condition.
5. Receive Final Service Fee Confirmation
   After the jewellery has been inspected and approved, we will contact you with the final service fee.
6. Service Initiates
   Once you have accepted and paid the final service fee, the agreed job will commence.
7. Service Complete
   Once the agreed job has been completed, the merchandise will be shipped to the client.

In-Store

1. Visit a Store
   Visit our store and speak to a manager. You will be asked to present your jewellery in order for our experts to make an accurate assessment of its required job.
2. Receive a Quote
   Upon careful inspection of the jewellery, one of our experts will provide you with the exact fee for service.
3. Service Initiates
   Once you accept and paid for the service fee, you will hand over your jewellery to our expert jeweler to commence job.
4. Service Complete
   Most basic services may be completed on site the same day. Some jobs require a return trip of which the client may opt to come back to personally pick up or the serviced product may be mailed to the client; customer is responsible for shipping cost.
