WARRANTY

NEW WATCHES WARRANTY

All new watches purchased at D’Ajelin come with the standard manufacturer’s warranty which the client must register online.

Manufacturer’s Warranty: During the warranty period and by presenting the valid warranty certificate, any material and manufacturing defect will be repaired free of charge. The warranty covers material and manufacturing defects existing at the time of delivery of the purchased watch. The warranty only comes into force if the warranty certificate is dated, fully and correctly completed and stamped by an official D’Ajelin sales professional. For online registration, proof of a manufacturer’s warranty acknowledgement is required.

During the warranty period and by presenting the valid manufacturer’s warranty acknowledgement or certificate, any defect will be repaired free of charge. In the event that repairs are improper to restore to the normal conditions of the watch, the Manufacturer’s Warranty may replace it with a watch of identical or similar characteristics. The warranty for the replacement watch varies in duration and determined by the respective brand.

PREOWNED WATCHES WARRANTY

Every Certified Pre-Owned watch from D’Ajelin comes with a 1-year warranty that covers internal movement defects. All warranty service is performed at our professional service center and is carried out by our expertly trained master watchmakers. In some cases, timepieces are sent to the original manufacturer for warranty service.

The Certified Pre-Owned Watches Warranty does not cover any exterior damage or damage from misuse, neglect, abuse, or other normal wear.

Watch Service & Repair Warranty

Watches that are fully serviced by D’Ajelin receive a Service & Repair Warranty (even if they were not purchased at D’Ajelin). This warranty lasts for one year from the date of pick-up of the watch.

Service under this warranty is provided by the D’Ajelin. To obtain warranty service, you must bring the timepiece, the original bill of sale, and the warranty to D’Ajelin.

The Service & Repair Warranty does not cover any exterior damage or damage from misuse, neglect, abuse, or other normal wear.

NEW JEWELRY WARRANTY
Store warranty is provided only for the authenticity of the jewelry stated on the receipt; see policy.

EXCLUSIONS
The following products are excluded from the D’Ajelin Warranty:

  • Jewelry repaired or altered
  • Vintage watches prior to 1990’s
  • Watch Winders & Boxes
  • Smartwatches
